I am writing to inform you with mixed emotions that I will be leaving Unique Vision Mansfield as of January 31, 2025. It has been an honor and privilege to serve as your eyecare provider, and I want to sincerely thank you for the trust and confidence you have placed in me throughout our time together.

While I am excited about the new opportunities ahead, I will certainly miss working with you and being part of your eyecare journey.

 

I want to reassure you that you will continue to receive excellent care. Dr. Daniel Brinchman will be joining the practice and will be taking over your care starting February 3rd, 2025. Dr. Brinchman is committed to providing the same level of high-quality care you’ve come to expect.
