Q: I made an appointment online so what do I do next?

A: Online appointment requests are NOT guaranteed  until you've received a confirmation text/email. We need to verify your insurance and once its approved, you will receive confirmation about your upcoming appointment. If you have not received any confirmation, please give us a call 817-453-7591 so that we can further assist you.

Q:  I made an appointment over the weekend and I have not received any confirmations, did my appointment go through?

A: All online appointments made after 2pm on Sunday will be reviewed Monday morning. Once we have verified your insurance(if any) we will confirm your appointment.  We will try our best to get back to you asap.

Q:   I don't know my insurance ID #, what do I do?

A:  Please contact your HR department for further information regarding your insurance benefits. If you do know the name of the insurance company, please contact them to verify your member ID and eligibility information. It is highly recommended that you inquire about your copays BEFORE your appointment.  We can help assist with benefits but it is not our responsibility to know what your copays are for your visit.

Q:  If my child is under 8, should I see a specialist or optometrist?

Although we can see the child for their yearly exam, we highly recommend the child to see a pediatric optometrist who specializes in pediatric care. We'd be happy to refer you to the specialist if needed.

Q:  Will I be charged if I don't show up or can't make my appointment?

Please note we do charge a $25 no-show fee or same day cancellation fee. Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time.  Please do not confirm your appointment if you are unsure. We want to be able to accommodate other patients that need vision care in the allotted time slot(s).

If you have any issues booking an appointment online, please call us during business hours  (817)-453-7591.
