Wed: 10:00am - 4:30pm 
Thu:  open for scheduling only
Fri: 10:00am - 4:30pm 
Sat: 10:00am -3:30pm

Sun: *Only on 1st Sunday of each month from 10-2pm

End of year holiday schedule (December 2024)​

We will open Sundays to accommodate patients who have benefits that they need to use up before the end of the year. Appointments highly recommended for those Sundays because they will fill up fast.
